今天遇到這個問題，我的伺服器是 nginx+apache，php.ini 裡，已經設定了

memory_limit 為 200M，post_max_size = 150M，upload_max_filesize = 100M，max_execution_time 為 600 秒，但是上傳了一個 10 來 M 的壓縮包仍然提示 Server (IO) Error 。後來在這個站點對應的 nginx.conf 檔案中，增加了一行 client_max_body_size 100m;，如下：
